Really clean great food friendly staff

Stopped by to have a bite to eat and we decided to have the beer battered fish fry and it was a battered frozen fish not fresh fish. Restaurant is very nice we will go back again but I think next time we're going to go for the pizza and wings which looker delish. My daughter and son in law said it was terrific. My personal recommendation would be that if they were going to serve beer battered fish make it fresh or don't offer it at all because it will only be a detriment to them. Anyone that likes beer batter fish wants fresh fish especially for $11. 95 and website shows $10. 95.????? My wife took hers home because she couldn't eat it. Service was very good all the servers were very nice.

Eat in or take out. Great experience. Staff and food are great.

Love this place. The staff is great especially Danielle I love the steak and cheese. Everything was great. From the front to back everything was neat and clean. I will definitely be back again soon

Beautiful clean restaurant. Very courteous staff. Menu is wide range from a variety of pizza ,chicken wing selection to ravioli, chicken, eggplant parmesan. Delicious authentic beans and greens. Something for everyone. We visit here frequently, never disappointed

We have a family of 6 and they certainly accommodated us well. The food is amazing my children were so pleased as well. Would highly recommend!

Very nice decor! Cozy, yet new and stylish. Service is very good and pleasant. Menu is full of many choices. 4th visit and tried something new everytime. The food is really good. Definitely recommend for a nice dinner or lunch.

We were happy to see they were still taking orders! We only had pizza from the second location prior. Ordered the Garlic Parmesan baked fish dinner and the Bruschetta baked fish dinner. Very very good! We will be ordering again! Especially now we know that beans and greens soup is on the menu. My only suggestion would be to make a few different sides available for the dinner. In the intrest of covid, its understandable that you have to have a few limits. No worries everything's going to be fine, best wishes to you and your staff stay safe!

Service was good and the Italian dishes were very good. We didn't try the pizza, but others we eating very good looking pizza. A must on the next visit.

Amazing food, friendly service and fast delivery.

Pizza is as good as it gets. The toppings are all top notch; pepperoni is delicious with a little kick at the end, sausage is perfect, anchovies are subtle, etc. But with pizza it's really all about the crust and sauce, isn't it? The crust at Gentry's has great flavor and texture. The sauce is wonderfully tomato-y, with subtle, non-bitter flavor. And try the rice balls...amazing!

The parking lot is very big. Lots of seating, friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The day we were there the air conditioning was stuck on so the restaurant was very cold. But I'm sure they will get that fixed. The salad was very good. The pizza was a little chewy but still good. I would definitely recommend.

Bought a half tray and two stinger subs to go at curbside, arrived home with the half tray and only one sub.... they did not only forget to give me the second sub, they forgot to make it. They’re response was “sorry” tried to call and the lines were all busy, so I just wasted my gas and time for this. The one sub that I have will probably be cold by the time I get home and so would be the first sub I got, the least they could’ve done was comped the sub they forgot to make (human error happens just a little ticked off)

I order from here all the time food is great, however last night I had a customer service issue. Today I received a call from Tracey apologizing for my inconvenience, that’s means a lot that Mr. Ventrys took care of the problem so quickly. Thankyou

Friendly service nice place good food. We go there about once a month for lunch. Always a good special on the menu.

Ordered pizza here last night because they deliver to my parents house in Sanborn. And growing up downtown Niagara Falls, Ventrys was always a staple during my childhood so I was excited to see a new location. Ordered half tray pepperoni. Excellent. The perfect amount of everything.We got a quart of beans and greens. They were AMAZING. My grandfather has been an Italian chef for over 50 years.. they were as good as his.

Mr. Ventry’s killed it! I ordered a hot sub and pizza logs for delivery. The lady on the phone said 45 minutes but within fifteen minutes they were knocking on my door and caught me completely by surprise at how quick it came.

If you want good food and good service this is the place,variety on the menu.

I got the turkey club sub. It was good. My Dad got the tuna sub. He thought it was good. The pepperoni and cheese pizza... Not so good. The dough seemed stale. So all in all not terrible. Just won't get the pizza again.

Loved this place! Our waitress was great. She could totally tell we were from out-of-state because we ordered ranch with the wings instead of Bleu cheese. 😁 Will definitely go again when we're back in New York.

Nice place! Stopped in for lunch between tournament baseball games .Subs are huge! Great service, nice vibe in dining area. They do take out as well.Definitely a repeat visit.

Pizza is usually really good but is a tad inconsistent when it’s very busy. Wings are subpar for our area. Ordered a pizza wing special last night and the pizza was ok but not the usual good pizza we’re used to the wings were under cooked and pretty awful I hate to say. We’ve been ordering from them since they opened on the Blvd also lived in the area and ate at the pierce location many many times. The pizza wing special cost $37 for a 12 slice half tray and 20 wings picking it up so no delivery charge. Joeys is $8 cheaper for the same deal and I’ve alternated between the 2 since moving out to lasalle and joeys wings are way better. The pizzas are roughly the same but joeys has the edge there as well. After last nights experience it’s safe to say I’ll be going with joeys more often considering it’s cheaper and better. Ventrys does have great specialty slices though.

The pizza is Ok but the wings are awesome

Excellent service/ staff. The place is newly remodeled/ modern. It had a relaxing upscale feel. The pizza was good, pasta/ meatballs (huge) good, and chicken wings were good. They serve a good variety of food/ drinks (including a modest wine and beer selection).I had to take off one star, as the parmesan shaker that was first brought out had a bug in it (looked like a large black fly had just gotten in it).... the waitress looked horrified, apologized, and brought out a replacement immediately (stuff happens). I would return/this place is worth trying out.
